FAQ

What is Dee's Dogz?

Dee's Dogz has been set up to offer a continuity of service for doggy day care customers as a not for profit organisation, currently for key workers during the Covid 19 pandemic. We are an outdoor day care based in acres of secure farmland. Once your dog is dropped off they do not leave the site, all activities are carried out on the farm to keep your furry family members safe.

Where is Dee's Dogz?

Dee's Dogz is based at the same place formerly known as Dogs Country Club in Lowton, Warrington. Full address here.

Who is Dee's Dogz?

Dee's Dogz has been set up by Dee Waddup former manager of Dogs Country Club who is joined by Jordan Moritz who also worked at DCC in the role day care assistant.

When is Dee's Dogz open?

Currently we are only open Tuesday to Friday from 6.30am to 6.30pm

Do I need to work for the NHS to be a key worker?

No. Key workers are not only those working for the NHS but also those in the police and fire service, delivery drivers, post office workers, supermarket workers, teachers, care workers and many other roles that are key in keeping our country running through this pandemic.

How can I join?

Due to closure on Friday 31st July 2020 we are unable to take anymore clients.

Do you offer a pick up/drop off service?

No unfortunately we do not offer a collection or drop off service.

At the moment we are asking all owners to bring their dogs to a drop off point and take leads home. This is to try and minimise contact through the pandemic.

Do you offer boarding?

Unfortunately no, we are unable to offer an over night boarding service at this time.

Are you open on bank holidays?

Yes we are open as usual on bank holidays. Currently this is just any bank holiday that falls on a Friday, as we are closed Mondays.
